I am very disappointed with M-Budget Mobile. I have a problem with my son's subscription. Reaching customer service by phone is already a huge challenge. After receiving no satisfactory answer by phone, I have written to M-Budget Mobile. I have already sent 2 registered letters and have still not received a reply. I find this customer service really questionable and I cannot accept this way of doing business.
