why is it that there are no water filters at the moment? normally i always have one in reserve but it's used up now. i've already been to langental, burgdorf and herzogenbuchsee. i can hardly imagine that these filters will become a scarce commodity.

Stocks are currently a bit tight, that's true. We apologize for the inconvenience. We expect to receive a subsequent delivery on Tuesday, May 22, 2018. According to our stock system, however, there should still be some available in Burgdorf. Could it be that you were looking for them in the Migros supermarket? If so, please ask at the melectronics store. They should still have them there. The best way to avoid unnecessary detours is by phone: 058 567 73 83.
