Hello dear hair friends and all those who like to look at perfectly styled hair!
I would like to express my displeasure that the AXE Cream Gel is no longer in the range. My boyfriend has very sensitive hair and can (or wants to) only use this one cream gel, as it has a perfect consistency and keeps his unruly hair in check for a whole working day and actually makes it incredibly touchable, as the packaging promises. Of course, there are various alternatives, but disappointingly, none of them come close to the quality of AXE.
I would like to know what curious idea led to such a product being removed from the range and which of you readers would like to see AXE Cream Gel back on the shelves.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry that we have upset you and your friend because the Axe Cream Gel is no longer in our range. I can well understand your disappointment - when you have finally found a product that meets all your requirements, you are reluctant to give it up again. However, I can assure you that we never make decisions to discontinue a product lightly. On the contrary: we know that we have to disappoint customers, which is why we really don't like doing it.
Unfortunately, the discontinuation of products is sometimes unavoidable. We usually only remove products from our range that are no longer popular. As space on our Migros shelves is limited, we are forced to remove less popular products from our range to make room for newer, more innovative products. This enables us to meet the needs of as many of our customers as possible.
I can also forward your message to the people responsible for this product. Unfortunately, I cannot promise you that we will be able to reintroduce Axe Cream Gel in the near future.
