Has the formula of Hygo Bluewater WC been changed or have the pieces been made smaller? They used to last at least twice as long, now I change them all the time! What is the reason?
Hello Buetschgi, we are sorry that the Hygo WC blue flush valve is not of the desired quality.
The basket of the Hygo blue flush valve has a small hole at the bottom. The water flows out through this hole after the flushing process. Over time, it is possible for the hole to become clogged with dirt and limescale. As a result, the water no longer flows out or does not flow out quickly enough. As a result, the stone softens and rinses out within a short time.
To prevent this, we recommend that you replace the basket regularly - it should be replaced at the latest when water starts to accumulate. The baskets are included with the Hygo Blue Water Original toilet flush valve (article number 507054000000).
We hope that this tip helps you to get the article working again to your complete satisfaction and wish you a happy Advent season. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, I had already written a comment 1 year ago about this product: it dissolves much too quickly. For a few months it had been much better and I had the impression that we were back to the initial quality. Unfortunately the problem has started again and the capsules dissolve much too quickly. The problematic batch number is as follows: P049174: P049174 and the bar code is 7 613312 209103. Thank you in advance for checking that your supplier has not changed anything. Sincerely
Hello DoloJoy, thank you for your question. There is an opening at the bottom of the Hygo blue rinse aid basket. It allows water to drain out after rinsing. Over time, it can become clogged with dirt and limescale. The water can then no longer be drained off, or not fast enough. In this case, the product block softens and dissolves rapidly. To avoid this, we recommend replacing the small basket regularly, at the latest as soon as water accumulates in it. The baskets are contained in the Hygo WC Blue Water Original packaging (https://produits.migros.ch/hygo-wc-blue-water-original). Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for your advice. But I always check that the little basket is clean and functional. And I'm sure that's not where the problem lies. That's what I said to a consumer on this very forum: it's really the quality of the product that has changed. Too bad

I have been using this blue flush for a long time and have always been very satisfied with the product. Recently, the blue flush dissolves within a few flushes and leaves ugly traces in the toilet bowl. Has the formula been changed for this product?

As with the Javeltabs, this may not be an individual problem, but one of the production, I don't think I'm the only one looking at the competition here either.
