Rope had already broken after 3 uses and umbrella could no longer be raised. After contacting customer service, we were told that this was a bring-in guarantee (which was not described anywhere at the time of purchase). In other words, we would have had to pay over 200 euros to transport the umbrella for repair ourselves or drive the bulky umbrella back and pick it up again ourselves. We ended up organizing the repair privately. Very disappointing customer service! Can only advise against buying here.
Basically a good product. We simply received the wrong screws. 6 screws are needed, 4 for the base plate and 2 for the sunshade, annoying if the 4 Allen screws supplied do not fit into the base and the 2 hexagon head screws are not suitable for mounting the sunshade.
Good product, base not ideal if there is no space or in the lawn.......Price/performance good
