The "Tea Time" brand teas have been missing almost everywhere for more than 2 months. Have they been discontinued? Or when will they be available again? Most of the varieties were very good and reasonably priced.

If you can't find a product in-store or online at migros.ch and the direct link via Google even ends on an error page, you can assume that the item has been removed from the range. Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with the fact that it was good and inexpensive. Good value is not good for Migros because it doesn't generate enough sales. And Migros mercilessly kicks out everything that doesn't generate enough sales...

Hi rambler, thank you very much for your inquiry. We regret that you can no longer find your favorite tea in our stores. We have indeed discontinued the "Tea Time" brand and revised the packaging concept. The teas have now been assigned to the "M-Budget" brand and are available in the classic M-Budget packaging design. Our aim with this change is to improve the recognizability and price range structure on the shelves for our customers. The items are expected to be available in Migros stores from calendar week 41. Kind regards, Lea

thanks, yes, i'm fully aware that the tried and tested is being thrown out again and again. regarding the "tea time" brand, the price comparison with the successor "m-budget the" will be interesting....

Thank you. I can't quite understand why the branding has been changed for this product. Anyway, perhaps a comparison of the composition of the blends, the variety of types and the pricing will give an indication of the purpose of the new design.

My little Migros seems to have 100 types of tea. 1 variety but only Mbudget... maybe the shelf will look more price-sensitive... Coop has also changed its tea products to Prix Garantie.

that's another thing with (too) many tea varieties/blends. only a fraction of them are really good and taste natural. that's why it's a shame when your favorite tea disappears. but i still have hope that nothing will be changed in the recipe.

It sounds as if the same product is now simply being sold in M-Budget packaging. Unfortunately, this is not the case. There is just another uninspired fruit tea blend. My favourite tea "Fantastic Orange" used to be. With the above reasoning, Migros shows how stupid it thinks its customers are. The consulting firm McKinsey, which is responsible for such decisions, underestimates the long-term customer loyalty through popular products and Migros' own brands. Migros will lose customers massively as a result.

Unfortunately, I also really miss the orange variety. It's a shame that the tea is no longer available, it was really great :)

Unfortunately, the recipe has been changed at the expense of taste. It is now called fruit tea. No comparison with Fantastic Orange.

no, this awful fruit tea was already available at "tea time". "fantastic orange" was a really great tea and it's a shame that this one, of all teas, has been dropped.
