WHY WAS THE TEA TAKEN OUT OF THE RANGE? Just because a deal was struck with Ricola to save money. There should be a vote in the cooperative for every product that is taken out of the range. https://www.migros.ch/de/product/mo/106057?context=online

I can already give you the answer 😂😂 We're sorry, unfortunately the product didn't appeal to all customers blablabla. I still don't understand why they simply replaced it with a branded product. Money Money Money....

Hello dynahpointch, I'm sorry that you miss the Bonherba herbal tea. Due to low demand, we no longer offer this product. I understand that this is a pity and have gladly placed your feedback and suggestion with the specialist department. Kind regards, Susi

And why was the expensive branded product included in the range if this product is supposedly not working?

Sure, low demand... or for those who need it even simpler: The margin wasn't right, so the product was dropped. But hey, who would have thought that Migros got a "neuralizer" from Men in Black? Zack, product deleted - and with it all 4.7-star ratings on Migipedia. How convenient: always play the "low demand" card instead of telling the truth: the poor Swiss producer couldn't withstand the price pressure and, poof, the product was removed from the shelves. Just like the Icelandic moss. A 4.7-star product is simply replaced by one with 2.3 stars - just because it makes more profit. Logical, isn't it? And if the slightest problem arises, get rid of it! You could also be innovative and produce spare parts using 3D printing. But no, there's an easier way: "Not wanting" is the solution for 2024. Migros is on its way to becoming the nation's least popular supermarket, but of course it doesn't even realize it. Instead, they are paving their future with one misstep after another. And then there was the bonherba herbal tea - a real volume miracle! More moisture, more cups, the perfect price-performance ratio. But what do we have now? Ricola tea rice grains that are so fluffy you almost think they're flying by themselves, so you end up paying for the packaging and getting a touch of nothing.

Hello Magnoliapower, I checked with the specialist department again. Unfortunately, my previous answer was incorrect. The supplier no longer manufactures the item, which is why we had to find a replacement. Kind regards, Susi

For those in Bern who are interested: Yesterday 22.10. there were still eight tins of Bonherba tea on sale at half price in the Ostermundigen Poststrasse branch. Today 24.10. there are still six tins left. Demand seems to be limited.

Hunziker is systematically banned from Migros... GOMZ, Icelandic Moss, Bonherba... The vitamin gummy bears next? EDIT: Too bad you edited your original post... You should have been allowed to, it's not forbidden :)
