About 2 weeks ago I bought a 10-pack of apple juice in a 1 liter tetrapack from Migros St. Gallen-Bruggen. (Price approx. Fr. 8.70.) Only when I got home did I notice that the Migros data read: "Best before 1.11.2024". I can't possibly receive a 10-pack of apple juice with an expiration date of November in mid-October. May I ask for your feedback? Thank you very much for your reply. Yours sincerely, René Kopp, 9030 Abtwil

Hello Ureko, thank you for your comment and your visit to our Bruggen store. We regret that you bought 10 liters of apple juice that was so close to its expiration date. As a rule, this should not be a problem even if you had only bought one liter. This is because there is no legal requirement to reduce the retail price of food that is close to its expiry date. The quality of a product is always guaranteed until the expiry date is reached. In your case, we understand your annoyance and would like to offer you to go to the store with the receipt and the 10 liters of apple juice that have expired. They will replace the 10 liters or refund the purchase price. We hope this answer has been helpful. Kind regards, Alex
