I would like to find out whether it is possible for my Migros account to be linked to several e-mail addresses?

The background to this is that I work out at Migros Fitnesspark. The Fitnesspark app is linked to the Migros account.

Now I don't receive any fitness appointment confirmations on the app, nor can I see my personal training plans on the app.
An employee said that it has already happened that two email addresses were linked to the Migros account and the training plans did not appear on the app as a result.

My question again:
1. is this possible?
2. how can I find out if this is the case for me and delete the other e-mail address?
