Why should it not be used with underfloor heating?

Thank you for your request.
Please note that thick carpets are not ideal for use with underfloor heating systems.
They act as insulation and can reduce the efficiency of the heating. Carpets with dense pile in particular can impede the flow of heat, which can lead to uneven heating.
For the best performance, we recommend using thinner carpets in combination with your underfloor heating.
