What does the death cross behind/before the two types of vinegar mean?
Hi Cielemare, thank you very much for your message. May we ask you to send us a photo showing this cross of the dead? This will give us the opportunity to investigate your request. We look forward to reading from you! Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hi Cielemare, thank you for sending us the screenshot. We discussed your request with the specialist department.
The cross after "Branntweinessig" refers to the fact that in Austria (AT) it is called Weingeistessig. As the * (asterisk) already stands for something else in use, it was decided to use the cross. What was missing was the word "Austria" with the reference to the cross. We are now adding this so that the cross makes more sense:
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, water, sugar, brandy vinegar†, tomato puree 5.7%, dried onions 3.9%, EGG YOLK, salt, onion powder 0.5%, modified starch, paprika powder, paprika powder, salt.modified starch, paprika powder, chili 0.5%, acidifier (citric acid, malic acid), thickener (xanthan gum, guar gum), chili extracts.
†Austria: spirit of wine vinegar.
Hopefully we have been able to help you with this information. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Nevertheless, I find the choice of the character very unfortunate (especially because there are several other neutral options such as #, ×, ^, +. Or simply numbers ¹, ², ³ etc.)
Hello Cielemare, thank you very much for your feedback. We have gladly submitted your suggestion to use an alternative sign to the relevant specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Great, hope it brings something
