Horrible. Looks like meat in the store, but is more chemical. Never again!

What is chemistry?

Nitrite curing salt (table salt, preservative: E 250), spices, dextrose, glucose syrup, sugar, white wine, brandy, tomato powder, lactose, yeast extract, antioxidants: ascorbic acid, E 301, E 331, thickener: E 415, stabilizers: E 450, E 451, flavouring.
Salt and pepper would suffice

I don't think salt and pepper is enough.
If you look at how "normal" meat is less and less on sale and marinated products are on the increase.
Who can still marinate and season meat themselves these days?
There are fewer and fewer of them.
@Icehogsani
So if you can't season your meat, you should think about going to a restaurant or a cooking school ;-))
Some people like pre-marinated meat, others don't, but honestly, if you can't season a piece of meat with salt and pepper yourself, you have no business in the kitchen ;-))

That's what I find so unfortunate. I've worked in sales long enough and I think that's a damn shame.
But ask at an U30 gathering who can still prepare meat.
Very few of them.
So I'm under 30 and can prepare meat. Unfortunately, I don't have as many great flavor enhancers at home as Migros :D :D

Don't you have any flavoring or other seasoning?
There is nothing else in it
That's true, of course ;-)
