Hi everyone, last week there was a special offer: you have to buy 6 bottles of wine and you get a free panettone worth over 29 francs. The wine was delivered to me, but not the panettone. Has anyone had the same experience?

The panettone is not available with every wine, but only with those selected wines where the panettone is also offered: "6 bottles of wine = 1 panettone for free". Did you actually order one of these selected wines?

Migros online delivers wine.

Have you already called migros online and described the problem? I didn't order the wine with panettone. I can't tell you anything about it, but I'm a regular migros online customer, and if something is missing/not delivered, I call the hotline immediately. They are always very friendly and always help immediately.
