Why should M Budget products be given a new name? What's this nonsense? Migros has to save money, but the renaming is expensive. Why has M Budget coffee cream been taken out of the range? I want the coffee cream in a tetra pack and Migros is forcing me to buy the product from the competition.

The M-Budget brand will remain in the range. However, some M-Budget products will now be offered under the "Migros" umbrella brand, while others will remain in their current form. Our aim is to make the selection clearer, more concise and more targeted in order to make shopping even easier for our customers.
Regarding your second question: We regret that you miss the M-Budget coffee cream. The product is no longer available. As an alternative, we have Valflora coffee cream in a resealable bottle in our range. This packaging has the advantage that the coffee cream stays fresh for longer, especially if it is not used up so quickly. The price remains unchanged. Yes, I know the coffee cream in the bottle. For me, this is the wrong packaging because I can dose the coffee cream from the tetrapack better. I've been an avowed Migros customer for decades, but you force me to do my shopping elsewhere in between.

That the coffee cream stays fresh longer in these bottles is an outright lie! Exactly the opposite is the case.
I can't understand why this tetrapack was taken out of the range. Now there has been no coffee cream in either Migros Affoltern or Voi Obfelden for weeks. Not even in bottles.
From now on I will buy it at coop because it is still available in tetrapacks.

Seriously? Another classic case of "I don't read my own posts". "We're sorry you miss the M-Budget coffee cream ...." is a typical AI response, isn't it? And it keeps popping up in Migros replies. Would explain the illogical answers I keep seeing.
For the record, there was nothing clearer than the budget products. That was a Migros hit - now well copied by Coop. A big loss. Sure, we'll survive. However, I highly doubt that I'll eat my way through the "Migros" products to find out whether the equivalent budget product is actually hiding behind them.
