Bought 3 Heinz organic ketchups at Migros Wetzikon today. It was offered as a promotion "all Heinz ketchup 40% discount." Unfortunately, the discount was not deducted from my ketchup....

I don't see this promotion anywhere. Neither for the stores, nor for Migros Online.
The way it's worded, I'm assuming it's a digital voucher being offered this week as part of the Christmas program. It can only be used if it has been activated in advance.
I don't have this voucher, but I have others that sound similar. So, as I said, it's just a guess.
