Dental damage due to product error and no concession

I am very disappointed with Migros. At the end of October, I bit on a foreign object while eating red rice, brand: Mister Rice, and suffered tooth damage. I reported it to Migros and my accident insurance company. The tooth damage was repaired and the costs were covered by my accident insurance. Okay. But there was no response from Migros - just a feeble written "apology". Not even the purchased product was replaced. I sent in all the photos as well as a photo of the product. That's not what I call customer-friendly. There is room for improvement in terms of customer friendliness!
