Why is this product not suitable for people under 18 (see back label). Because it contains quinine?

Many manufacturers put this symbol on their non-alcoholic beverages so as not to accustom minors to their taste, or encourage them to consume alcoholic beverages afterwards. This has nothing to do with quinine. This is a third-party product, so we have only limited influence over the label.
