Why doesn't Migros start a line with low salt values? There are many people with illnesses who have to pay attention to this. Most Migros products contain very high levels.

Hello munggizzi, thank you for your inquiry. The demand for low-salt products has been at a very low level for years, so no special line is currently being planned. However, Migros has been working on initiatives to reduce salt in its own-brand range for many years. For example, the salt content has been reduced in the bread range, in convenience products, in soups and in many other food categories. All these initiatives naturally go hand in hand with the federal government's salt strategy. Salt reductions are relatively tricky. The basic prerequisite for reducing salt was therefore always that the taste of our products should not change. This was a top priority in the development work. Experience to date shows that the implemented salt reductions work well and that there has been no negative customer feedback as a result. I hope these lines are informative for you.
