Dear MIGROS: How about an update at least once a month on which products have been removed from the range, which have been renamed, which have been merged or replaced? I think that would be very welcome to many people.

We've suggested this sooo often here. Unfortunately, Migros didn't like it... The arguments were always the same: Not feasible, no resources for it and they don't want to promote discontinuations.

Hi Nena9999, thanks for the suggestion. As you can see from the reactions, the topic is indeed always a hot topic of discussion. We are refraining from implementing your idea for two reasons. 1. Nowadays, we are exposed to an excessive amount of advertising messages. We therefore assume that our announcements about any adjustments to the product range would not be noticed. 2. In addition, comprehensive communication about article discontinuations, mergers, etc. would involve disproportionately high costs. However, this does not mean that the decision is set in stone. We, too, are not letting go of the matter and we are constantly looking at possible solutions, which unfortunately are not yet "ready to go". Kind regards, Tabea
