Daily Pasta: where is the transparent lid?

Daily Teigwaren: wo ist denn der transparente Deckel?

I like to buy daily pasta in a bowl, e.g. Penne Cinque Pi. I particularly like to buy them on Saturdays after 4pm, when they're half price. My problem is that I can't quite make sense of the cooking instructions, which say when the pasta has heated up in the microwave: "Remove the foil and cover the menu with the transparent lid. Secure with the cardboard band." It's unclear: what kind of transparent lid is this? Why do I need it for the short journey from the microwave to the dining table? Or are the instructions simply wrong? Kind regards from a very clueless Migros child
