We have already created many photo books with Cewe. Every now and then we receive a voucher with a very limited time. It also comes just AFTER an order. Since new customers (not only at Cewe) are courted more than long-term customers, we thought we'd ask before our big order (over CHF 500!) whether there was a "Merci" for long-term customer loyalty (we found vouchers of up to 20% for Germany). On the phone, we were told that we were "regular customers". We then received a 2.5% discount by email... Seriously??? I thought the comma was in there by mistake. But no. We thought customer loyalty was something that should be nurtured, after all, customers are the ones who are always the focus of attention...
