Hello, I really like Viking bread baked in Carouge. Why does it say "light flour" on the packaging when it is wholemeal?

Hello Nini_K, thank you for your question. The basic flour used to make this bread is a light flour (type 550). The coloring is due to the addition of roasted malt, which also gives the bread its taste. Best regards, Matteo
