As a lactose intolerant person, it is impossible for me to eat chocolate, even black chocolate, as it usually contains lactose or milk fat. There is no company that produces chocolate with rice milk as a milk substitute. I believe that as there are more and more people with lactose intolerance, this could be a big market. Unfortunately, I don't have the financial means, otherwise I would have already started designing recipes and creating the first products myself.

Perhaps Migros could take up this idea?
