I've been searching for a while but can't find a way to list ALL comments or ratings of products.
Is that really not possible?
I would also like to see when the Info LIne writes me an answer to a question.
Is this only possible via e-mail?
I find that a little impractical. Or is there perhaps a possibility?

Actually, all your posts should be visible under the list that Istanbul linked to. Even those that you wrote at an earlier time.
Have you always used the same username? In which period did you write posts that are not listed here?

I would also like to point out that you don't notice when the info line replies to a comment from me (except perhaps by email). But I think the mails are really only to be understood as push messages and you should be able to see directly on the website here how much has happened in connection with my activities as a user.

Here is another idea.
In my opinion, the subdivision of comments and ratings should be better divided - separate lists (e.g. by product, by forum posts, ratings per se (asterisks)).
A lot of work can certainly be done here - filtering, grouping, sorting the user's data in the profile.
