Dear Migros - for some time now, there have always been these great "advantage coupons" at the checkout. I've been wondering for some time what this nonsense is all about!
Well, at least *I* regularly feel like I'm being taken for a ride by these coupons! Most of the products that appear on these coupons are only needed by the average person - if at all - in homeopathic doses! If these coupons were at least valid for a whole area (e.g. "fruit", "meat", "dairy products", "ski clothing" or similar), then you could even do something with them. But do you really believe that there are a significant number of people who save these coupons, rewrite their next shopping list and then buy a cart full of "organic olives and pickles" (e.g. my last advantage coupon) the next time they go shopping because of a few Cumulus points? ||-(
So I always throw these things away and I am convinced that 99% of people do the same. So these coupons are useless waste as soon as they are printed out and therefore a superfluous burden on the environment! Just leave it alone!
With kind regards,
Michael
