Unfortunately, more and more products in Migros are being offered in poorer quality (composition), which is often to the detriment of health. There are more and more M-Budget products that are simply bad and harmful (not all of course) and many good products made in Switzerland from the non-food sector are being replaced by cheap junk from China. Often with absolutely ridiculous justifications.
I'm not a big earner, but I used to (and still do) buy most of my groceries at Migros because I used to get good quality at reasonably fair prices. If I wanted to buy cheap crap, I would go to the discounter (Migros even has its own, Denner).
It's a mystery to me why Migros wants to turn itself into a cheap supermarket by hook or by crook, thereby jeopardizing its good reputation. It doesn't fit in at all with the Generation M promise. Think about it and become the Migros you used to be.
