A garlic press I bought (unfortunately in Hinwil, but I live in Zurich) broke the first time I used it!!! Unfortunately, an exchange in a Zurich store is not possible! But I certainly won't be going to Hinwil to exchange the press. Not very customer-friendly, I'm disappointed with MIgros.

Can you perhaps send us a picture of the garlic press and possibly one of the receipt? We seem to have several different products in our range and can only investigate the problem of the press and a possible replacement if we know exactly which one it is.
