Hello I was really looking forward to the surprise package and have been busy shopping and collecting stickers. When I finally took my package home, I was very happy. But unfortunately I was a bit disappointed with the contents... I'm not a spoiled person, but I still thought it was more for children, as it's also a family package. Just so much for what two small drinks? rice or ravioli would have been better for me.
Thank you and have a nice day :)

Hello
As I was told, the only difference between the family packs is that they contain more snacks, a chocolate bar and a memory game. But the salad dressing doesn't fit in at all, it borders on being a joke. It is often difficult to get children to eat salad or vegetables at all. One of them also reported that a tube of garlic cream was included in a family pack instead of a tube of mustard. Children who like greens and garlic are a rarity. Does Migros really believe that children are happy about such items?
When it comes to manipulating parents through their own children when shopping and you get Lilibiggs at the checkout for certain amounts, then the Migros marketing psychologists know exactly what to do. So you could have expected more from the family packages. Weak performance, Migros, very weak performance!

Hello everyone
Thank you very much for your message @cliniandthe feedback on the family surprise package. It's a shame that you don't like the contents. The packages are put together in such a way that there is something to suit every taste. The drinks are practical for on the go because they can easily be carried in a small children's rucksack or a smaller bag.
@deactivated userA family includes not only the children but also the parents. That's why the family pack is designed to contain suitable products for both the older and younger members of the family.
@Tanja_Migros Thank you for your reply :) It is clear that it is not easy to meet everyone's taste. Nevertheless, I had expected something different for a family package. I will still enjoy the package :) Thank you and have a nice day.

@clinikcanyou tell me what products you would have liked? Maybe we can consider that for another time.

Hello
The question wasn't addressed to me, but since the person asked didn't answer, I will. A little more variety would have been nice.
As far as I know, most packages contain a bottle of salad dressing and some contain the Migros version of the Nespresso capsules. The capsule machines are widespread, but not everyone has one. If you choose several different packets and end up with 4 or 5 bottles of salad dressing, it's a bit of a nuisance. It certainly wouldn't have been needed in so many different packets. Instead of the pumpkin soup or the tomato soup in the half-liter tetra pack, you could have added normal sachet soups. I don't understand the point of the liquid ready-made soups anyway, because we always have water available everywhere. Apparently there were only Älpler macaroons or Hörnli, why not spaghetti or other pasta shapes? In one package there was a tiny Mr. Rice package. Two years ago there were at least 4 different ones from the large Mr. Rice packs, which I found better, if only because of the larger quantity and the variety.
I thought the tree nut pack, the tortelloni tin and the Giandor chocolate were great. The bag of muffin batter, on the other hand, would have belonged in a family pack and if the cup had been included, it would have been perfect. Children like to bake fun desserts, especially if the mug can be kept for breakfast afterwards. Spice shakers of various popular varieties, Spitzbuben, Vogelnestli or Biberli would have been great. A tin or tube of tomato paste or chocolate milk powder would also have been useful. These are things that practically everyone can use. A pack of wet wipes would also have been great, you often need them when you're snacking on the go, especially if you have children with you. Years ago, I found the Migi pig as a cuddly toy at the Migros outlet, which was immediately snapped up by a child. I had to buy six more so that I had one left for myself at the end. Children of all ages love the cheerful, smiling yellow piglet, which would have fitted perfectly into a parcel.
@ Migi-Ferkel. My answer will follow now, but apparently you always like to add your "mustard" to everything and everyone in this community.
@Tanja_Migros Thank you for your question and your interest. As a mother, it is particularly important to me to buy food that appeals to everyone in the family. For example, products for lunch. Like rice or Agnesi pasta, polenta, a can of Longobardi tomato sauce. For breakfast, for example, portioned jam, small cornflakes packs, mini rusks, orange juice or grape juice with a tube. For the children chocolate, children's chocolate, Smarties etc. Or dried fruit, Farmer, Petite Beurre etc. Other Pik&Croq (grissini with La Vache quirit)small Linzertörtli etc.
A ready-made salad dressing is not included, as healthy eating is also important. Basler Läckerli is something special, which unfortunately not everyone likes, which is why I don't find them suitable.
But as I said, you can't please every customer, I realize that. Nevertheless, thank you for your time.
@ Migi-Ferkel I'm not writing you a hidden private message like you are, so that everyone can read it! I have become accustomed to Migros, with things as I see and live them, which is important to me. I don't really care how you manage your household or do things like having an incredible amount of time to do everything yourself. You don't know me, so please don't make such claims (about motherhood, child-rearing, etc.) I'm not interested in that. I just wanted to hear an opinion from the Migros side and to make it clear to you that you don't have to write novels about topics that were not intended for you. But just...you can see who has nothing better to do all day than criticize everyone. Have a nice evening and please let it go.

Oh, a PN is something reprehensible? You obviously don't understand the concept. When you post in the publicly readable forum, you are not explicitly or exclusively addressing the operator, so this topic is intended for all interested readers and writers. Criticism is welcome at Migipedia in order to find better solutions for the future. There are many things that Migros can only change if it communicates with its customers, and that is exactly what is happening here. Next time you have problems with other opinions or if you find reading them too tiring, please contact Migros directly by post.

Hello everyone
Thank you very much for your feedback, ideas and input on the design of our surprise packages. Various considerations play a role for us, but the most important one is that we only put products in these "From us. From here." packages only contain products that we make ourselves.
I will pass on your suggestions and input to those responsible immediately. With regard to another campaign, they will certainly think about the contents of the parcels again and may be able to incorporate one or two of your ideas.
At the beginning of January 2016, we received a surprise package from the Coop without any conditions and it contained much more than your surprise package for which you have to pay Sfr. 400.- at Migros So if you have to pay Sfr. 200.- you can still swallow it. My 11-year-old son was also very disappointed with the family pack which only contained a cheap memory game as a "toy". And the same as many before me have complained about coffee tabs that you can't use and then the small portions of food if you wanted to use them we would have to buy another 5 pieces at least for a family of 6.
