Really? Unfortunately I didn't see this one in Migros Brugg... Where was it? In the same place as the other tofu? I would have bought that one too

I can recommend "normal" tofu with a little truffle oil as an idea, if you make it as a kind of side dish to the main course then "Silken Tofu" is the very best. It's annoying when you can't find a beloved seasonal product or don't know where to get it, and then you find out it's gone again😒
