Hello, why do you use the TooGoodToGo app to sell your unsold products when most of your customers use the Migros app? Thank you. Best regards

Hello Kotty Thank you for your message. Through "Too Good To Go", Migros is able to pass on food at reduced prices that would otherwise be lost. This concerns food that could not be sold to customers or associates at a good price before its sell-by date, or that could not be donated free of charge to non-profit organizations. Added to this are daily fresh items such as sandwiches, sold only on the day they are prepared. The collaboration with "Too Good To Go" in no way affects existing measures to reduce food waste, and I'd be happy to find out why Migros has chosen this form of partnership rather than a system via our own application. Sincerely Kathrin

I don't know what this was about, I didn't have this language at school back then, how do you actually intend to make the "Too Good To Go" platform possible for those who don't have a smartphone?

Sali rollimaus, I'm sure there is someone in your circle of friends who has a smartphone and can help you. Best regards Silvia

Hi Kotty, The To good to go app is a great success. Thanks to it, people without a Migros app can also get involved in food waste. Have a nice day Silvia
