Spinach spaetzli? I thought there used to be, or just the gnocchi? But sea salt spinach spaetzli with taste and not just color would also be something for me.
I think spinach spaetzli is one of those words that is easy to stumble over, even when wide awake, and then confuse with a more common word. That's why I thought I'd break it up a bit...

...there are worse things in the world than 1. to be misread or 2. to have spelling mistakes in the text ? as far as point 2 is concerned, there are also spelling programs for the "forum", e.g. for phpBB andalso for Lithium, perhaps the people responsible for Wikipedia will introduce them here ? when "surfing around today, I didn't find a spinach spaetzle manufacturer in Switzerland, but I did in the "big canton".
