Almost every day I have lunch at De Gustibus in Lugano,
I am always very surprised by the amount of plastic that is used "disposable."
I find it quite unconscionable given the problems we are facing globally, and I have always wondered why things cannot be purchased in reusable containers.
I always thought that plastics were separated and sorted anyway, but today I found out that everything is put in the same bag. I think I understood that some employee asked for bins to be put in to sort, given the disproportionate consumption of plastic, but nothing was done!!!
I find this attitude reprehensible and wonder why you don't bother to do something about it. I don't think it should be an ordinary citizen who should have to point this out to you, but I hope you can take note of my note.
