Hello everyone Unfortunately there is no Quäse or Harz cheese for sale in Switzerland so far (nothing comparable either). I think that's a great pity and I think that there would be a lot of demand for these products! Thank you for your answer. best regards
Hello mmz, we have already tested the Quäse. It did not convince us. However, we will take your request on board. We used to have Harzerkäse in our range, but it really didn't go well, so it's no longer in our range. Ziger, known as Zigerstöckli, has similar production and nutritional values in Switzerland. This also stinks, is made from skimmed milk with sour clover added and has a fat content of less than 1%. So there's no need to transport extra resin here.

Dear M-Infoline, the Emmi Protein Break Cheese Sticks were the only cheese that I ate with top values, top consistency and top taste. As far as I know, the product was taken out of the range almost a year ago without being replaced. I don't know what the reason was. But I think it was absolutely badly marketed, the price was a bit too high and the packaging was suboptimal (it often puffed up and the cheese became moldy). But I really wish this cheese would come back into the range?
I love Ziger but you really can't compare it to Harzer sorry😂 don't always just compare nutritional values, food makes more of a difference than numbers and calorific value😉
I agree... Harzer and Ziger are not even close to being the same...
