On 18.4.2019 I wanted to shop at Mirgros and wanted to pay with the Migros app at Sebutio, 2 times it was stated that there were technical problems and it did not work. And then I paid with the card and today I see the amount is now deducted 3 times. In short, I bought things worth 100 francs and yet 300 francs have been deducted.
How can I get my money back?
