For many years now, I've been using PIAL - white liquid - to wash floor tiles. Everyone asks me what product I use to get such beautiful tiles. I've recently changed the formula - supposedly for better performance.
Big, big disappointment. Gone are the beautiful satin-gloss tiles. And when I get to the end of the bottle, I find a sort of plastic sponge at the bottom. The product that was supposed to protect the tiles hadn't mixed with the rest of the liquid and had piled up at the bottom of the bottle.
Any solution? Go back to the old formula, which gave complete satisfaction.
