I bought some light potato bread without consulting the list of ingredients... I was not happy at all when I saw afterwards that it contained palm oil! And what's more, the bread was labelled "Terra Suisse"... Blimey, next time I think I won't buy it!

Palm oil is one of the components of fat blends containing various oils such as rapeseed or sunflower. It has important technological properties and is therefore not always easy to replace, so we take care not to use it in the development of new products in our bread range.
