The escalator to Migros in the basement is closed, the elevators to the parking garage are turned off ... and there's nowhere to leave the caddie.

La Chaux-de-Fonds is also a "car-hostile" city: although it is one of the few cities in Europe where you can park "free" almost everywhere, a car is still a "nuisance" here.
