Opening and closing this pack is a pain! Sometimes the foil doesn't come off so that the milk doesn't come out at all. What's more, there is always some milk left in the carton!

I know the problem, but it's only the case with this pack, it doesn't happen with iced tea with the same closure. The pack is also a bit soft, I would prefer a wider and less tall pack.
