Are the Migros Win tickets (2x, 10x, etc.) cumulative? So 10x and 2x = 12x Cumulus points for ONE single purchase?

Situation yesterday at our Subito checkout with these wheel of fortune tickets with silver stripes:
2x and 5x worked, but another 2x was rejected
2x and a 2x from a purchase over 100 CHF also worked.

The Wheel of Fortune coupons won can only be cumulated with each other to a limited extent. In other words, a 2x and a 5x will work, but 2 x 2x from the Wheel of Fortune will not be accepted together.
