Good morning, monthly my family and I execute at least one order with home delivery. During the last delivery I noticed that unfortunately different ways are used to transport the goods. That is, transparent plastic bags not to mention ti paper bags with not even half the volume of goods inside. With each delivery, we are talking about at least 3/4 paper bags (perhaps recycled) and two/three plastic bags. Given the current plastic and recycling issue of each individual citizen, couldn't Migros improve its system by introducing mailbox-like containers to be assigned to the individual user with a changeover between groceries.. example: By charging a deposit (security deposit) to the user. Today my groceries are delivered to me in solid containers, I empty them and keep them at my place of residence. At the next delivery, the delivery man gives me a "new" container and I return the old one to him. If the loop works, the deposit will remain active in the user's account. in case this operation is not performed the deposit will go to cover the cost of a new container. this procedure is already performed with cold bags. this way we would avoid all those volumes of paper or plastic bags.
