Dear @indios, Unfortunately, the melons are really not available at the moment, the European season is over. They will arrive before Christmas, we cannot say exactly when this will be the case. The store said in the next 2-3 weeks. Kind regards, Marina

Even more transportation from overseas because spoiled people no longer want to eat seasonally...

Of course, I sometimes don't understand migros.
To a very large extent, you make an extreme effort to act in a traditional, seasonal, local, environmentally conscious and nature-friendly way.
However, these values are then very quickly overridden in order to satisfy individual customers.
Somehow, I personally think, as in this example or in general when I read about it on migipedia, migros lacks eggs. I think it lacks organic eggs to tell people off ;)
You could just stand up and say: SO NOT!!!
Because migros is probably the leader in our country, not only in terms of service and customer friendliness, but also in terms of fairness.

A nice tone is fine, or politeness. But once again, I was simply tempted to counter this person who has been complaining for years and making a drama out of it because she personally doesn't like products ( fat content in protein bread )
