I wonder whether the recipe for M-Budget Cola Zero is now being revised again. The ratings seem to have deteriorated a lot due to the "new, improved recipe". Does anyone know more about this? I now avoid it myself and occasionally switch to Pepsi. In the long run, however, I'll probably give it a miss.
My father was a fan of Budget Cola Zero, but still with the old recipe; since it was changed, he obviously doesn't like Budget Cola Zero very much any more, he switched to Lidl's own brand (Freeway Cola Zero). I never really liked Budget Cola Zero, neither the old nor the new recipe, it was always too sour for me. I'm a fan of the original (Coca-Cola light or zero) or otherwise also drink Pepsi Max; Lidl's own-brand Coke is also quite good.
