For this reason, we have to remove products from the range from time to time in order to be able to introduce new innovative alternatives. We usually make sure that we remove less popular products from the range. I'm sorry that one of your favorite products, Linsoft Magic, has been affected.

I will pass on your concerns to the product managers. Perhaps there is a way to reintroduce these handkerchiefs.
