As I know that in 9500 Wil the delivery unfortunately always arrives between 10.00 and 10.30 a.m., I plan my Saturday shopping in the same way (unfortunately). But today it was a real imposition for the customers. Many racks were empty at 11.30 and there was no chance to shop properly.
You used to be able to go into Migros at 8 a.m. and everything would be ready, but now at 11.30 a.m. you find an extremely large number of empty racks - and customers are dependent on being able to restock their private shelves at home at least on Saturday.

This simply cannot go on. It's an imposition for customers and I'm not at all surprised that more and more of them are turning to the competition or going abroad.

It's just bad - Migros urgently needs to take action! And on your side!
