I don't write down which product, which idea or which forum post I have replied to. But you should, because after a certain age you forget certain things. For my part, I find it impolite when someone replies to a post and possibly waits for a reply. In this case, you should then search through all the posts in the relevant time period to find the possible reply, as these are not displayed anywhere.
In the past, you could immediately see which posts were replied to in the user profile, whether in the forum, in the products or replies to user posts. These could then be selected, read and replied to. Once these were completed, they could be released from "monitoring".
Now it's "total chaos"!
You can already see that from the use of the platform, because in my view it is declining and that is certainly not just due to the time of year, because the bathing and vacation season is over.
With all the product descriptions I'm currently writing, I've noticed that a lot of incorrect tags have been transferred from "old to new" and that these can't even be deleted by users themselves, in my case by me.
