Dear Migros

I am a risen coconut fan and of course I support the fact that you have now introduced coconut oil.

As a person who does not tolerate grains and does not like to use (artificial) gluten-free products, I mainly use coconut flour for omelettes, sauces, etc.

You can get one or two different products in Swiss health food shops. I ask myself: can Migros do this better?
(Def. coconut flour: this does not mean grated coconut, but the ground press cake from coconut oil production)

Coconut flour is not only very healthy (minerals, great fiber, has an alkaline effect on the body, is well tolerated by allergy sufferers), but is also versatile (like normal flour) and has an overwhelming taste.

Put it to the vote - I'm sure I wouldn't be the only one interested. What's more, the leftovers from Migros coconut oil production can also be used straight away.
