Hello DerFrisoer Cumulus points are only credited on presentation of the personal Cumulus card, the QR code in the Migros app or the Cumulus label at the checkout. Alternatively, the Cumulus number can also be given verbally at the checkout. Once payment has been made, Cumulus points can normally no longer be claimed. Unfortunately, it is not normally possible to credit coupons retrospectively. If, for example, a technical error has been detected (e.g. a failure of the M-APP or a technical problem with the digital coupons), the Cumulus Infoline can check the request.
