Would it be possible to publish a (current) list or to explain for (each) product whether animal or microbial rennet was used?
I know there is a Migros list of cheeses that use animal/microbial rennet, but unfortunately it is no longer up to date/complete.
and thank you very much that your "normal" mozzarellas do not contain animal rennet.
The only thing missing is an alternative to "Parmesan".

the list that was sent to me is the same one you already have. It is about a year old and was sent to me as the most up to date list. I will now pass on the request to update this list in the foreseeable future, but I'm not sure if it has changed that much since last year.

First of all, thank you very much for your efforts and the time you have taken.
However, many vegetarians and I have a different concern, namely that in Germany, for example, it is usually declared which rennet was used, or the Philadelphia says: "Suitable for vegetarians"
Unfortunately, something like this is (usually) missing in Switzerland, or all kinds of rennet do not necessarily have to be declared in the ingredients. I think this is a great pity, because it makes shopping more difficult not only for vegetarians, but also for (some) Christians, Jews, Hindus and Muslims.
My only concern is whether something can be done about this and whether Migros could make life easier for "us". :)
So it's just an idea/question that could make "our" lives even more comfortable, so it's not mandatory. Fortunately, a list already exists.

Thank you for your explanations. If I understand correctly, it is about the declaration of rennet or a label that indicates whether a product is suitable for vegetarians. To a certain extent, such declarations (for example in the form of the list) and labels (for example https://www.migipedia.ch/de/labels/v-label) already exist. Unfortunately, I cannot say how complete this declaration is. However, the topic is important for more and more people and therefore also for Migros, which is why the corresponding labels for allergies, intolerances or simply a more conscious diet should always be improved.
I will add your note on the declaration of rennet to the request to update the corresponding list.
