Would it be possible to publish a (current) list or to explain for (each) product whether animal or microbial rennet was used?
I know there is a Migros list of cheeses that use animal/microbial rennet, but unfortunately it is no longer up to date/complete.
and thank you very much that your "normal" mozzarellas do not contain animal rennet.
The only thing missing is an alternative to "Parmesan".
