Hi everyone, I'm looking for the ultimate yoghurt for my breakfast that I can mix into my morning porridge. It should be as low in sugar and fat as possible. I wanted to ask what you like to eat for breakfast and what recommendations you can give me. Many thanks in advance. :)
Migros: Léger hazelnut yoghurt (only in large stores), Coop: Prix & Qualité Bifidus Nature yoghurt 4 x 125g pots (reduced fat). Both are nice and mild, not (too) sweet.
Your porridge, topped with approx. 80-100 low-fat quark, then approx. 100 g blueberries or other berries/fruit. For those with a sweet tooth, a few dark chocolate cubes = my standard breakfast (approx. 300 kcal) 😋
