Even cooked food scraps, meat, fish and dairy products, cheese, yoghurt or even moldy coffee grounds can be turned into high-quality compost. A little Bokashi substrate in the airtight bucket ensures rapid composting. The substrate consists of bran flakes that have been inoculated with microorganisms. After two to four weeks, you will have the best potting soil, which is ideal either for the garden or for indoor plants. It is best to have two Bokashi buckets so that one can always be used while the other is at rest.

So either compost properly in the garden, use bokashi containers or dispose of moldy food in the trash. But then you don't need compo bags.
